THIS COURSE IS NOT TO BE TAKEN FOR PRE-FILE OR PRE-DISCHARGE BANKRUPTCY CERTIFICATES. This is a unique program designed as a personal guide for consumers who are seeking to achieve long-term financial health in their lives—what we call “financial wellness.” Our goal is to help students understand a wide range of tools anyone can use to get control of their personal finances, to provide every student with a basic understanding of the everyday money issues which can often seem so overwhelming, and to provide access to a live financial counselor who can assist in the learning process.

This course is designed to meet the bankruptcy pre-filing certificate requirements for consumers soon to file for bankruptcy. The EOUST/AOUSC has approved to issue certificates in compliance evidencing completion of a personal financial management instructional course in compliance with the Bankruptcy Code. Approval does not endorse or assure the quality of a Provider’s services.
