This class is not intended to provide you with specific dementia care skills, such as how to manage negative behaviors in your residents or how to engage your residents on a one-onto-one basis. Other classes have been developed for that purpose. To learn more about them or to register visit www.alz.org/qualitycare.

Even if you are an experienced supervisor, this course is for you. Staff supervisors need ongoing coaching to help them empower and support the direct care staff to be decision-makers.

The course costs just $25.00 per individual user. To register now online with a credit card, click here.
